The most important difference is that that insider is an "expert" on finance and acquisition. So, he could have bought those 5,000 shares after the quarter report if he expected GOTK would go substantially lower after that. One week before the release and one week after the release should make some difference for the price. By the way, GOTK said, in its last news release togher with the expectation of "several million loss" is that the Company has settled the cash needs for 1998, ~ $14 million cash in hand, which is the most important factor for a restructuring company. Hope and expect the report will be fine. Good luck to all.
