If it was a sell, then I would agree that it could be a problem. I didn't see it, and I don't have an EDGAR subscription to look at 144s. Before you dismiss the stock (and as I said earlier, I'm not even in it right now, so what anyone does is their own business), I'd only suggest that you know who it was, what it was (buy or sell) and how much.
