People in the public have no idea (really) how much money we are talking about -

Consider we decided to have a national "So You Want to be a Millionaire" TV Show to give away the money. Instead of dragging on for weeks, we shorten the format to one where EVERY NIGHT a payout is made of a million dollars.

835 Billion would fund 835,000 games (assuming no interest on the money, which would no doubt pay the production costs). The show would have about 2300 years of episodes if it played every night.

Or we could have a lottery where we make almost for million families millionaires (about 1 in 20 people would be in a family that wins) - only one prize per family though. THAT should heat up the economy and we'll have spent the money in a week.
