He KNEW that if he could skate on the taxes for a certain period of time, he wouldn't have to pay them. Which is what happened. Like any good, tax avoiding American, he took that path. He had no way of knowing Obama would nominate him for the cabinet. His success at tax avoidance is to his credit. You "values voters" want clueless saints in government - not me. Give me some sharp operators who deal with the world as it IS, not as it "should" be.
