Kidding aside I believe the programs are only created for intangible results and ballot box appeal. I don't think they can effectively be measured as nobody ever knows what it would have been like without them.

The costs of the newer programs and the audacity to include that ACORN organization prohibits any speculation of success beyond the democrat voting base.

Kidding aside, have any of the programs you mentioned been worth the cost?....
