AVNX, once a high flyer in the bubble days of 2000 that traded over $4,000 per share (in current terms to adjust for reverse split), now being "taken under" at LESS than net cash per share. Cash about $3, take under about $2.
BKHM the buyer. JDSU or a GLW should offer a cash deal for $3 That would be about a 50% premium to this deal, and give the acquirer he business for free. Be interesting to watch and see if anything happens.
