Fraud, he took the money under different premises, than he used them for. But it won't happen, time to move on. As for Chimp and Cheney, they should go to jail for war crimes, and unfortunately if Obama doesn't do anything on that matter he becomes saddled as an enabler by doing nothing. IMO
