The issuing of NEW incentive stock options is fine...it is the companies that are looking to reprice existing options due to market decline that really stinks. A public company should live and die by the sword they chose....the market. Meanwhile shareholders who financed these junior companies at higher prices are left asking themselves "can we have a do over too please."
