don't know about the charge. however, i'm more concerned about the btb and the affect of the two mergers on the bottom line.

saying that the two mergers would "add to revenue" instead of "add to earnings" has me very concerned about future eps targets.

i think we stay above $0.20 per q, but may not get much growth for 2-3 qs.

but, hey, anything can happen :-)
