IMHO, we have time to debate the social welfare provisions--which are like bats in the belfry to get rid of once they're installed--absent susnset provisions.

Emergency action for job stimulus--OK.

If this is rammed thru Republicans will use it as wedge issue to get the swing vote back in 2012.
