If you think some "poor guy" could get away with getting multiple prescriptions for THAT drug from different Doctors and having somebody ELSE pick it up for him then you are NUTS.

You don't know what you're talking about.

People do it routinely in the small town I live in and in towns across the country. Any attorney who deals with these cases can usually get people off with probation on these cases unless there is some aggravating circumstance (weapons, clear intent to deliver, etc.) involved.
