[Conf call] <<<The S4 has been filed and antitrust docs filed by WSTL and AMTX should have their submitted within the week. >>> My understanding is that Amati and Westell are working on the S-4 together and that they're hoping to submit it next week, hopefully by Wednesday, but by Friday at the latest. Not sure what was said on the conference call. In some ways I preferred this conference call to the last, but having said that, the fact GS was so subdued compared to other calls made me seek for meaning where perhaps there was none. Pat
