My MAIN CONCERN here is that Obama and company is taking us down a social welfare path by dressing it up as a "stimulus" package.

You keep making this point without a lot of argument or evidence. How about reading the NYTimes editorial today, the one I posted, and then let's discuss your fears. It may be we simply disagree or it may be something else.
