ken...."Low income people have to spend the money. That is how social spending stimulates demand. They can't save the money. It has to be spent.".... Ya know something ken..if you ask me a question I will try and answer it without foolish dem spin. I asked you...."And if smart people use money to pay some debts? How does this stimulate the economy?".... Is there some law that requires people to spend the money rather than save it or pay off already owing debt? So still the original question how will this stimulate the economy?
