I just got a "conversion call"...
I just got a call today from a friend who is a portfolio
manager for an insurance company in Indianapolis.
He's a very affluent, very comfortable, and very insulated
from main street USA. He has a 40 hour a week housekeeper,
and they have a cook come in 2,3, evenings a week.
He lives in the gated community full of Mercedes, BMW's,
Lexus's, and shiny new SUV's.
This guy has his breakfast served to him each morning by
his housekeeper on a freekin' doily.
....a doily!
I'm not even sure how you spell "doily"? It's one of those
fancy-schmancy, French foo-foo paper napkins.
What the @#$%?
I don't care how much money I have...
Number one, I don't want anyone other than my immediate family
in my damn house at 7 a.m., or for at least an hour after
my coffee has kicked in.
Number two, I ain't EVER going to eat my damn breakfast
on a doily.
I'd change my name to Pierre, before I ever even allow
a doily in my house.
Where do even buy the damn things?
The guy hires someone to change his damn light bulbs.
Anyway, he's a good friend and I'm kind of making fun
of him here, but the point is that this guy is soooo
insulated to what's going on, that he's numb.
A while back I got him to actually go see the infamous
FEMA camp in Beech Grove, In. (see below)

And that actually raised an eyebrow and opened his mind a bit.
Especially after Indianapolis had a week long "Urban Warfare Training Drill."

We talk about once a week. Maybe a little more lately,
since the insurance industry has taken some hits along
with the banks. And he holds a lot of gold stocks
in his personal accounts, so we always talk about that.
So this morning he calls me...
They activated "Homeland Security" this morning in
Indianapolis, In. and had the Hummer's out on patrol
downtown, in Carmel, and on 465.
This was for a nasty winter snow storm. A lot of snow, but
nothing that doesn't happen every winter.
Nothing catastrophic, but yet they're almost acting like
it's a "Katrina" event, and announcing it through the media
as a "Level III FEMA/Homeland Security Alert".
He said "the bulb" went on for him this morning because of
the way that Homeland Security, FEMA, and "troops" on the
streets are being shoved down their throats in his area.
His main takeaway about this over-blown "Level III Homeland
Security Alert" this morning was this...
"This is blatant pre-conditioning of the public."
We talked about the new "Homeland Security" TV show, the week
long "Urban Warfare Training" exercise they had in Indy, the
National Guard now being used with police at DUI & Traffic
check points, and them using full battle gear Hummers at
"toys for tots" events etc.
They are conditioning us to the integration of the military
and Homeland Security, with local police, in normal every day
settings.
This, along with the new FEMA Camp bill introduced to Congress
last week, as well as a rush of anti-gun propaganda, like
Mexico's Ambassador to the US blaming the Narco-State collapse
of Mexico's government on US "guns."
And that takes me to our next heads up:
Obama & Emanuel are gun haters and are pushing a wave of
new guns laws, taxes on ammo, and licensing/registration
requirements.

H.R. 45: This bill would require a license for handguns and
semiautomatics, including those currently possessed.
The applicant must be thumb printed and sign a certification
that, effectively, the firearm will not be kept in a place
where it would be available for the defense of the gun owner’s
family.
The applicant must also make available ALL of his psychiatric
(Medical)records, pass an exam, and pay a fee of up to $25.
The license may be renewed after five years and may be
revoked. Private sales would be outlawed, and reports to the
attorney general of all transactions would be required, even
when, as the bill allows, the AG determines that a state
licensing system is sufficiently draconian to substitute for
the federal license.
With virtually no exceptions, ALL firearms transactions
(involving semiautos, handguns, long guns, etc.) would be
subject to a Brady check.
In addition, the bill would make it unlawful in nearly all
cases to keep any loaded firearm for self-defense.
A variety of “crimes by omission” (such as failure to report
certain things) would be created. Criminal penalties of up to
ten years and almost unlimited regulatory and inspection
authority would be established.

Obama just met with the Mexican President, and then we get
the Mexican Ambassador to the US pop up on the National News
calling for new US gun laws, and blaming the collapse of
Mexico's government into a "Narco State" on "American Gun Laws!"
And now HR 45, and a slate of new gun laws, and taxes are
coming right behind it.

As I mentioned yesterday, I have a feeling that the IMF's
Financial Sector Assessment Program/(FSAP)Audit that Bush
only submitted to, on the condition that the results
wouldn't be released until after he left office (and high-
tails it to his ranch in Paraguay)... is possibly what

I think the IMF and the G-20 know the US Financial System
is broken beyond bailout, or repair. And I think they're
going to use this crisis as the opportunity to create a
crisis (Great Depression II) to where the people will
cry out for a solution... just as Kissinger & the CFR wrote
in their position papers for the North American Union and
currency conversion to the IMF based "Amero."
I think that is what's coming. I think that is the "event"
that Joe Biden and Colin Powell warned the public that
Obama would have to face.
And Obama has said that there would be a very big change,
that would be very unpopular, but would be for the good
of the country in the long run.
Banks are being told -- NOT to lend. They are hoarding capital.
A depression is being created, and the US financial system
is being taken down in an orderly fashion.
And did you see the news today on the worlds "new" richest man,
Mexico's Carlos Slim, saying that he now wants to buy a
"North American Gold, or Silver Miner?"
Ya' think ole'Carlos might know what's coming down the pike?
Are the pixels starting to form a picture people?
When a liberal Jewish, feminist writer like Naomi Wolfe and
an Islamic extremist Black separatist preacher like Farrakhan
are on the same page...
And when Keith Olberman and Ron Paul suddenly find themselves
fighting the same fight...
Maybe, just maybe, it's time to wake up.

re-capitalize.

PS: We got a nice turn in the gold stocks today. MFN has
been a great trader for me, and got another dip this
morning. I also grabbed a little GG, but my main buy
was in NEM. It's really been lagging and I like it
here relative to the sector. I also bought some Calpine/CPN
as it's really cheap here, and it's also been a great
channel trader. It some a big buy on the close here
as well.
Probably should have bought more gold stocks, but I've
sold some puts the last couple days and got a nice chunk
of NEM today.
We'll see if we can push through HUI 320 and then 350.
We already have a gold price supportive of HUI 400+, so
sans any collapse of the broad market, things look pretty
good here.
But, remember... they won't let you bring your gold with
you to the FEMA camps.
You can't deny what's already happened with the Patriot Act,
and Bush's Executive Orders. This new FEMA "Domestic Prison
Camp" legislation, and the propaganda push for new gun
laws and bans would have had our forefathers marching in
the streets.
Hit your Congressmen & Senators NOW on this gun propaganda
