The witches brew of stag-deflation has arrived. The UK and US bond markets are compelling in the song they've started to sing. For sure, there is still risk of a new and monstrous deflationary leg down, with new mayhem in markets and another round of deleveraging/cash-raising. But the risk of something this acute and dramatic is now falling. Instead, the next event looks like a migration of capital out of sovereign debt. gregor.us I'd say the next scare is 70's style. G
