Now, please explain why you're looking foreword to 25% unemployment with such glee. Wow, that's one helluva strawman! On what basis did you infer that? Because I tried to differentiate between bad times and worse times? Differentiation is one of my hobby horses. Has nothing to do with politics. Has to do with critical thinking. Is this new part of the neocon screed? Double wow, double strawman! You can't get much farther from a neocon than moi. PS: Did you read the articles and look at DJ wire new lay offs list? I glanced at the list. Grim. Worst times of my lifetime. But then I wasn't alive during the depression. Or when influenza was killing millions. Or when people died from infections. Nor was I ever a Tutsi in Rwanda or a Jew in Germany. Or a resident of Pompeii or Hiroshima. Get a grip. None of those people laid off will starve to death. It could be a lot worse. And maybe it will be. But it's a little early to declare the end of the world.
