Hi Tom, that's an excellent question as to whether or not we see significantly financed new Financial Institutions.

Richard Bernstein of MER, who has been a pretty astute guy over the years commented this past summer that the world had a glut of Banks and Brokerage companies. That has been the situation and the low returns and lack of economic and financial market transparency has been talked about ad infinitum.

As Shiller is pointing out, a term such as bridge banks will probably be adopted. I guess we really don't know how bad the economic and global geopolitic situation will become. The talk by Geithner and Obama of China being a currency manipulator could become a big issue finally after several years the issue was stepped around.

the French Unions are proclaiming that the unrest in France will spread around the world.... it's very possible. These are troubled times, with very real world suffering.

Hope you and the family are well,

my best,

John
