Charles, FWIW, I think the biggest lesson all should learn is to LOOK OUT FOR STOCKS WITH THE CONV. DEBT OVERHANG!! As I said in a prior post, I was involved in another stock which went, subsequent to my purchase, from 7.5 to 1.625...and the stock is now at 9.5. Why?; because of less than favorable co. news and, you guessed it, a convertible debt overhang.
