The problem with HP is they're made to be sold cheap. It doesn't matter whether you get AMD or INTC chips; these machines are built to compete with eMachines anymore.

Whatever... it was my worst experience with a computer and I would guess I've had 10 in my life. When it died (after 16 months) I called their customer service and after 20 menu options got somebody in tech support in India. Of course she wouldn't talk to me unless I bought a tech service plan because it was out of warranty.

I'm not sure how the 'puter industry gets away with such crap service and treatment of their customers. A close call between which industry is worse, computers or Airlines.
