Pennies per round is a substantial increase in price of something that has already become pretty expensive, also it would create a black market for untagged ammo, finally a lot of people would respond by making their own ammo. midwayusa.com People who like to shoot go through a lot of ammo. I don't have a "right" to untagged ammo, but I do wish to have to ability to buy untagged ammo and blast away to my heart's content ... I don't see any way for the government to deprive me of that. It might pass in anti-gun jurisdictions but who cares, they were already anti-gun jurisdictions.
