Steve: with regard to an investment partnership I've sort of looked in the matter and came to the conclusion (which may not be right) that by the time you figure in the expenses you need to be managing a lot of money to offset the drag on performance from the costs. If you figure out how to keep costs minimal let me know - I'd be interested in how you set things up. The guy I sent to the Red Chip is calling all the BIOI analysts - he says they are all Doctors and the discussions have gotten very technical - I told him as an engineer he should be able to sort things out (he's an electrical engineer, not biotech). From what I can tell with my conversations with him he will issue a report soon and I'll post it - I do know the more he talks to the analysts and the company and the more research he does the more excited he gets about BIOI. By the way, great call on selling here when it was above $7.50 - I'm not nimble enough and if I tried that the stock would now be trading at $10 and I'd be kicking myself. Best - Joe
