At this point, Oilexco investors are pursuing three objectives. To obtain explanations from the RBS concerning its recent decisions in the Oilexco case. They are asking the RBS to promptly reconsider its course on action vis a vis Oilexco. They are considering avenues by which they could raise awareness of the Oilexco case, in order to obtain a more favorable outcome for the survival of the company. In my opinion any UK bailout for RBS must include their changing their mind on calling the part of the loan due 1/30
