The information contained in his college files and his birth certificate contain information that would be inconvenient if it were public. He did travel on a foreign passport while in college, thus he probably received foreign aid, meaning if he ever were a citizen he renounced it.

The most logical conclusion about his birth certificate is that it proves he is not a natural citizen.
