I would. 80 is a bit warm for me.

As for the appropriate functions for the federal government in dealing with energy, and the appropriate structure for different functions, that is a discussion about reality.

Or if you argue it isn't, because currently the feds have things set up in a given way, so any other way isn't "reality". Then electric cars largely aren't reality either, since currently they play an insignificant role.
