Combining both statements I would rather conclude less:

His birth certificate definitely has facts worth (100ks of $$$) hiding but it doesn't necessarily prove that he is not a natural born citizen.

Pretty sure that intelligent dudes like Ted and Mickey cannot argue with this conclusion.

If they do they'd subjectively disappoint me a lot and objectively draw some serious doubt with regard to their common sense; educational levels and reasonable levels of IQ.

I will grant you that it is not a forgone conclusion that his certificate of live birth PROVES he is an illegal alien. It appears most likely that it does not prove that he is a natural citizen.
