Ok , Property is currently listed with xxxxxxxxx's at $2.2 mm. I asked for and got an exclusion for 2 weeks total under xxxx name +1 name that I need to give them soon. This would allow me to pay less commission and structure the deal as we see fit with or without xxxxxxxxx's firm. Still hoping we get done at a higher price with two other prospects, but great to have a backup bid to end this painful waiting-I feel like I have aged 15 yrs in the past two.
