Couple decades back I struck up an acquaintance with a Dago who had a little truck farm in the Kent Valley. He'd first come here as a WWII POW, was repatriated, then returned for citizenship.

Once he talked about how he'd left Italy to escape Fascism and was disgusted to see it encroaching here. At the time I had only the barest understanding of what he was talking about.

Now the electorate has put the final stamp of approval on a process long in development. If old Buscala is still breathing I'd bet he's absolutely apoplectic now.
