You do realize that everything you posted suggests you think its okay for the rich to get theirs but the average worker.....no. You point out, correctly so, that lawsuits are unpredictable. But the average worker has to resort to lawsuits to get their fair share; upper execs. do not. The system is fukked up and that's my point. You need to be on the side of the worker, not the rich.
