Well Ontario wants to shut down the coal plants.. Hydro diverted from the US market would help for starters. Similar to the issue of Canadians in the east importing oil... We have no transcountry oil pipeline.. Build one of those and sell western oil to eastern Canada ... and maybe export on the Atlantic side too.. Another one of our Canadian Two Solitudes :O) TBS
