Aj..thanks for the insight. All I know is a good friend of mine is doing some biz in China w/ a chemical company setup there by a US firm. He is the middle guy and 18% is the number he was told because his biz is located in the US. All the product is being used in China for the oil and gas production industry. We are talking 10's of millions of pounds of product per year,..that's not a typo... so 18% is very a big number. He has deals similar to this all over the world, and China is one of the highest %. I'll try to find out more details.
