Is fulcrum a competitor to Verity? That's who DOCSF uses currently for document search indices. I guess there may be some attractiveness if DOCSF is unhappy with Verity (which I don't believe they are). FULCF is also a Toronto based company - perhaps there is some geographic interest amongst the two. Why do you think FULCF is a potential target? -Jay
