This is volunteer job for Elroy. Please don't make his life miserable so he finds no joy in doing this as you will ruin it for others. I figured out a way to do partial sells that are easy and I believe Elroy said was acceptable. Sell EVERYTHING in your portfolio so you are 100% cash then give him a list of the new securities you want to buy along with their allocations. That makes it easy to sell something that has risen to 30% and buy it back at 20%. If the penalty of 1% commission on the total portfolio is too much, then don't do it.
