octavian, if you think fleckenstein is negative, get a load of gerald celente... the problem with gerald is that he his methodologies are very good and he's been right an awful lot n the past. he predicted an "economic 911" and said that real estate will topple like the world trade center... all in 2007 - well before it happened. youtube.com "it's jive talk..." i love it in context. you can search more on youtube if interested.
