pappy, About 4 months ago ATCI had a private placement. I think it was a million shares @ $3. Dawson Samberg Capital picked up about 700,000 of those shares raising their stake to 9.98% or about a million shares. Another big investor in atci is Ciba Vision. If anyone takes over atci the logical one would be Novartis Corp which was formed from the merger of pharmaceutical giants Ciba Geigy and Sandoz. ATCI has nice sponsorship and exciting technology. Looks like a long term winner. Good Luck Bob
