They are trying constantly, as Paulson blurted out for all to hear that The PWG(PPT) is working 24/7 to stabilize this market.
But regards the stock market, their basic ability is to just attempt to hold supports and break resistances.

But they are running THIN on money .
As i say, the easiest why to identify a PPT moment is to see ALL STOCKS RISE, the Wilshire All Stocks index is getting its futures manipulated( it the one of the cheapest ways to manipulate--one they get are trying to catch shorts to force covering which LOOKS like buying)).

But they are having fewer and fewer moments like this, and i think PPT is itself breaking down. Max
