The Glacier Kenneth referred to has been melting for 6000 years. Go to their website if you are interested...he failed to mention that it grew for two decades until I think 1994 and regional climate conditions have seen less snow in winters to cause the glacier to not continue that growth...and instead have more melt during summers.
