I suspect obama will give GOP a couple of their best ideas to incorporate into the bill. Then he will cut out parts of the existing legislation (some good, some bad) that doesnt belong in a stimulus package. Obama's skill at doing this and coming up with bankin/housing/fed policy will define his presidency at least at the beginning. Foreign policy lurks out there as well but he has some time on that i think/i hope..
