That is what people forget so conveniently. Suma, but most people supported the war effort .........initially. And besides, so what? What does spending on the war have to do with what we are doing today - except for the fact that the increase in debt from that war should cause us pause to be reckless with the spending today. It is a foolish and losing game to say - well they spent it, so now it is our turn. Steve
