Ah, Steve, it's possible to hold both ideas in the head at the same time. It is about the hypocrisy of the Reps and what is to be done now. On the latter score, we are simply at different policy points. I think it's better to overspend but solve the problem; you think it's better to underspend and risk not solving the problem.
