SPX is in a Tension Builds:) tightening symmetrical triangle.
These can be explosive or implosive, it is getting into the something has GOT to give turf, as it creates a situation where shortish term trader bulls will rush to sell but if it breaks downwards the shortish trader shorts will rush to cover.
P/C ratio can be an indicator to which way it goes but i , as i type have yet to check that out.

But in terms MF money managers being at only 5.25% cash indicates they have been buying with bull confidence and that can be seen as contrarian, but there is much else to factor.

We have any GURU here to make a call how this breaks?:)
