Good question...The market hates uncertainty and we have too much of it right now...Need to see a stimulus plan passed with broad support...Need to see a plan to help stabilize home prices and deal with troubled mortgages...Need to see a new plan introduced that will effectively deal with the troubled assets in the big banks so we can really get credit flowing again...confidence and visibility must improve for the market to start to go higher and stay there.
