how do you positively know he has the info....if you knew that you should know what it is... Positively? No, nothing in life is "positively". But the people who are doing the waterboarding aren't idiots. They have an idea what they're looking for and wouldn't waste time with it unless they had a good shot of getting what they wanted. Now and then, if they get one wrong, no big deal. We knew they were a terrorist when it all began. So, if you screw up and inflict a little discomfort on a terrorist, does it really matter? Hell no. You have any idea how many on death row have been saved by DNA evidence???? Which has absolutely nothing to do with waterboarding. These people being waterboarding aren't American citizens subject to the rights and protections our Constitution (the one they despise and are fighting against) provides. Honestly, I could give a crap if some terrorist somewhere gets a little more waterboarding than you and other liberals thinks is justified. If it were me doing the waterboarding, after I was done I'd drown 'em. I really don't give a shit. These people kill Americans.
