Andy, The excuse is reportedly that they have been undergoing a
three year audit in anticipation of an application for Nasdaq
listing. I believe this was mentioned by RB about six weeks ago,
and they were hoping to report in August.

At this point Nasdaq listing seems unlikely. In view of their
recent funding and acquisitions, I'd be interested in any thoughts
on their business prospects.
