Remember we are over housed, have too many cars and too disconnected ..and altogether too focussed on the NEW YORK Financial center Companies (those who have taken us over the edge)and who add no value to the Principles and values of Capitalism Two) and Military-corporate consortium (those who are behind the not so nice EMPIRE)!
Deal with those citizens first who are affected by the Collapse of Capitalism One!
1. Health care for all...maybe under a salary cap.
2. Food and housing for those who are unemployed as a result of the collapse of Capitalism One.
3. Educations to keep teachers working who are being laid of by Local governments whose tax base is temporarily in trouble..and for reeducation for those who are unemployed (for new Capitalism Two Tasks!
4. Keep Police and firemen working ..we may in fact need more.
5. Micro finance to seed innovation and creativity
6. Seed fund Energy efficiency (maybe by tax credits.
7. Retrofit of energy supply system to clean and renewable sources and again with seed funding and tax credits.
8, Get our of other country's affairs except where aid is needed and then with NO strings attached.
9 Disassemble the Military industrial complex; retrain and put those employed by the military into community services including peacekeeping activities at home and abroad.
10. Use a 15% tithe from the savings in 9 above towards 8 above!
