Mary; It is a starting point. Republicans are given a chance to make it better. But don't you see that by putting in a bunch of crap, the democrats opened the door wide open to the same mischief by republicans? So now we have a pissing contest and no meaningful stimulus plan. How bad is it? Obama is giving 5 interviews to day to try to galvanize support. I hope that democrats are learning a lesson that this is NOT what the people voted for. Not sure they did though........ steve
