I wouldn't be surprised if FEMA is deep into Calvary Chapel. Chuck Smith is one of the top drum bangers for Israeli military support. At least one high level associate(Mike MacIntosh) is neck deep with the cops for decades. he gets his rocks off doing week end ride-a-longs. I'm sure that policy must be fairly widespread as they are, as a group, heavy Bush/military supporters.
