Roy, realizing you worked for Inter-Tel for 8 years, so have some familiarity with the voice quality of their server. Have you been able to check on the voice quality of anyone else's?. ie, IDTCs, or VocalTec's or even privately held Clarent Corp, or even the new one put out by Franklin Telecomm FTEL? There is a big show in Orlando next weekend into Nov 3, CT Expo where a number of these will be demo'd. I imagine there will be quite a few write-ups after the show. Is anyone going? Also, I agree, Lucent's ITS, may mean the big boy will just win out. But the market is huge for this new stuff. George
