Exactly. Thus the Patriot Act, the initiation of torture as policy, two wars, one of which was totally F'ing stupid.

Terrorism worked perfectly on the Bush Admin, they played their part just like bin Laden expected and wanted. The most successful terrorist act ever, thanks to Bush.
