"We" have not been "talking" with Iran at the level Obama has attempted to engage them.

The nuance of these discussions is at least as important as is what is said. It was a tremendous mistake for Obama to openly engage them, and the result of it was harm to America.

When you openly try to engage Iran you are an automatic loser. If you are accepted, ME terrorists are inflamed by it. If you are rebuffed, you are weakened by it.

This stuff must be left to the best negotiators in the world. Not to third-rate neophytes in the incoming Obama administration.

This is work for a James Baker or Condoleeza Rice or Bolton. Not a Hillary Clinton or Madelyn Albright.
